Bozdağ Concrete Plants provide advanced technology solutions designed for precast concrete element production and specialized concrete applications. With planetary-type mixers, they enable the production of concrete with low slump and a nearly dry consistency. Production can be carried out with one or two mixers, and when two mixers are used, finer materials achieve a more homogeneous mix with lower energy consumption. Additionally, optional powder or liquid colorants and additives can be incorporated, allowing the concrete mix to be optimized for specific project requirements.
															Planetary-type mixers provide significant advantages in precast concrete production. This system ensures a homogeneous mix for low-slump concrete and delivers high quality and strength in fine materials. While optimizing energy consumption, the mix can be enriched with project-specific powder or liquid color additives. This enables maximum efficiency and quality in the production of various precast elements such as curbstones, paving stones, concrete blocks, tiles, interlocking stones, and concrete pipes.
These systems are primarily used in the production of curbstones and paving stones, concrete blocks, tiles, and interlocking stones, as well as in concrete pipe manufacturing and all other precast concrete element production lines.
In dry-wet type concrete plants, an optional by-pass line can be used. This system provides flexibility in production and ensures fast material flow. Through the dry mix by-pass line, aggregates can be transferred directly to the trans-mixer without entering the mixer, and after cement weighing, the material can be discharged directly into the trans-mixer via a gate and short screw conveyor. This method is particularly useful in fine material production and in hot climates, helping to prevent early setting of the concrete.
In wet concrete production, the by-pass line is deactivated, and aggregates are mixed with cement in the plant and combined with water. The water amount is measured by weight for precise dosing and can be adjusted during production as needed. This allows the pre-delivery dry mix to be converted into wet concrete, ensuring both workability and strength.
Wet-dry by-pass system concrete plants are safely used in ready-mix concrete facilities, precast element production lines, and large construction projects. They are also ideal for reducing the risk of early setting in hot climate conditions.
