Automation System

The computer-controlled command system used in Bozdağ Concrete Plants precisely measures, doses, and mixes aggregates, cement, water, and additives according to the plant’s capacity. The system is designed for 60–300 m³ ready-mix concrete production (wet concrete) and transfers production seamlessly to the trans-mixer.

Separate from the control panel, all energy inputs and outputs, along with electrical components, are collected within the power panel. All electrical materials used meet high-quality standards, with Siemens or Telemecanique brands.

Bozdağ Automation Systems: General Program Features

  1. User-Friendly Interface and Language Options

  • The program features a 3D modeling-based interface developed on Microsoft DirectX and .NET infrastructure.

  • In addition to full Turkish support, English and Russian language options are available.

  1. Production Screen and Animation

  • The animation screen allows real-time monitoring of the entire plant operation.

  • Weighed values and production flow discrepancies are displayed on the screen with audible alerts.

  • Recipe changes, water addition/reduction, and similar operations can be applied multiple times during production.

  1. Record and Recipe Management

  • Unlimited recipes, customers, construction sites, trucks, and drivers can be defined.

  • Silo and material definitions can be easily updated; stock records are tracked from the computer.

  1. Parametric Settings and User Permissions

  • The system is designed so that parameters are understandable for all users.

  • User intervention can be optionally restricted or freely allowed.

  1. Monitoring and Reporting

  • Past production records can be tracked in detail and printed.

  • Production, stock, and performance reports can be generated daily, monthly, annually, or within a specific date range.

  • Graphical performance reports can be saved in Excel or PDF format.

  1. Dispatch Note and Order Management

  • Dispatch notes can be printed at the end of production or retrieved from past records at any time.

  • Production quantities are automatically adjusted according to recipes and order changes.

  1. Planned and Automatic Production

  • Production can be pre-planned; after completion, the system automatically proceeds to the next production.

  • The plan and order status, along with remaining production quantity, are monitored on the screen.

  1. Internet and Remote Support

  • The program can optionally be controlled over the internet.

  • Remote support allows quick resolution of potential faults.

  • Internet-based registration, monitoring, reporting, and order management are supported.

  1. Accounting Software Integration

  • Integration with accounting software such as Netis, Logo, Mikro, SAP is possible.

  • Production data is automatically recorded in the accounting database.

  1. Optional Fax and GSM-SMS

  • An optional fax and GSM-SMS notification system can be added.
