Working Principle of Planetary Mixers
In planetary mixers, the mixing process ensures maximum homogeneity thanks to the dual-axis mixing system.
The planetary arms inside the mixer rotate both around their own axes and the central axis of the mixing chamber, ensuring that every part of the concrete is evenly mixed.
Side scrapers sweep the chamber walls completely, preventing material adhesion and enhancing mix quality.
The electric motor and multi-stage gearbox positioned at the top provide easy maintenance and improved mechanical durability.
Additionally, the discharge gate located at the bottom of the mixer can be manufactured with a single or double outlet, depending on operational needs.
